Notice of Repeal Designation By-law Under Section 31(8) of the Ontario Heritage Act
The Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 as amended, provides that property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act may, by Council initiative, repeal the by-law or part thereof designating the property.
TAKE NOTICE that on January 15, 2026, the Council of the Town of Wasaga Beach has passed By-law No. 2026-02 to repeal By-law No. 2007-60 designating the property municipally addressed as: 84 Mosley Street. A copy of By-law No. 2026-02 is available at the following link: Repeal Beck Square By-law

Any person who objects to the decision may appeal to the Tribunal by giving the Tribunal and the clerk of the municipality, within 30 days after the date of publication under this subparagraph, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons in support of the objection, accompanied by the fee charged by the Tribunal.
