Town of Wasaga Beach Rallies for #KraftHockeyville 2025
"The Wasaga Stars Arena isn't just a building. It is a testament to the heart and soul of Wasaga Beach. Every dollar used to build our arena came from our community — from families, neighbours and small businesses — to make this dream a reality. Now, we have a chance to win $250,000 towards upgrades and missing pieces for our arena, such as a jumbotron, better storage areas for teams and community groups, and even greater accessibility. Plus, we could win the opportunity to host an NHL pre-season game — but we need your support!"
Wasaga Beach - The Town of Wasaga Beach has entered the race to become the next #KraftHockeyville!
Residents and community groups are encouraged to get involved. To help our community win, help build up the Wasaga Stars Arena "rally page" as much as possible before the contest deadline of March 2 ❤️

About the Town of Wasaga Beach
The Town of Wasaga Beach aims to be a place where people come to create memories that will last a lifetime. The twin-pad arena and library project – together with other tourism and sport-related projects, including recruiting a Junior A hockey team to Wasaga Beach and entering #KraftHockeyville2025 – supports this vision and Council’s priorities: to create opportunities to diversify the economy, create jobs and build a complete community. It’s part of the Town’s plan to become a leader in sustainability, creativity, innovation and fun – a place with thriving businesses and safe, inclusive and complete neighbourhoods where we celebrate our rich history, diversity of cultures and natural beauty, including the Nottawasaga River, Georgian Bay and the longest freshwater beach in the world.
