Notice of Precondition Survey & Construction – TPC Marlwood

Please be advised that the TPC Marlwood will be undertaking underground servicing works and road reconstruction works along a section of Golf Course Road.

Work is scheduled to commence April 27, 2026 through to May 22, 2026, weather permitting. 

R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited will be providing Contract Administration and Construction Inspection services for the project. Over the coming weeks, there may be personnel completing non-invasive pre-condition surveys, measurements, photos, video, and other related work within the project area and adjacent properties to record existing conditions prior to construction. 

Once construction commences, there will be Traffic Control Measures in place, including Lane Restrictions. Please expect delays and respect the workers and construction signage present to ensure safety for residents and workers alike.
