Opening 2027
K-12 School & Community Hub
Through an innovative partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School board, Wasaga Beach will open the doors to its first high school in September 2027. Supported by $57.7 million from the Ministry of Education, the new school reflects years of advocacy and planning, and responds directly to the needs of a growing population that has long relied on busing to neighbouring municipalities for high school education.
