TOWN FACILITIES CLOSING AT 1PM TODAY

Visibility is low, roads are messy, and Mother Nature is asking us to sit this one out, where possible.

December 11, 2025 – Wasaga Beach

With today’s snowstorm rolling in—bringing another 30–50 cm of snow—the Town of Wasaga Beach is taking a safety-first approach. All Town facilities will be closing at 1:00 p.m. today as the storm continues to build.

All Town facilities are closing at 1:00 p.m. today, including:

• Town Hall

• RecPlex, Wasaga Stars Arena, Youth Centre

• Library

• All administrative offices, including Public Works

Essential and emergency services continue to operate — steady as ever, no matter the forecast.

We encourage residents to stay warm, stay safe, and avoid unnecessary travel. Keep an eye on local news, the Town’s website and social media channels for further updates.
