Back to SearchDear Residents, The Town of Wasaga Beach is currently undertaking upgrades to the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the wastewater treatment system.
These upgrades include:
- Biosolids Process Upgrades
During this period, we kindly ask all residents to temporarily reduce water usage to alleviate pressure on the wastewater system.
REQUESTED REDUCTION PERIOD:
TUESDAY MAY 20, 2025 8:30 AM TO 1:30 PM
Tips to Reduce Usage:
- Limit non-essential water use
- Take shorter showers and avoid running taps
- Avoid/limit running dishwashers and washing machines
- Report any leaks or excessive water flow immediately
