Part of PIN 58328-0039(LT), being Part of Fifth Street, Plan 525 (Sunnidale), being Fifth Street North by By-Law No. 76-26 as in RO559127, also known as Second Street, designated as Part 7 on Plan 51R-45111; Town of Wasaga Beach; County of Simcoe.
The By-law to stop up and close the subject lands will be considered by Council at their meeting being held in Council Chambers, 30 Lewis Street on November 13, 2025, at 10 a.m.
