
This is a notification that John Bravakis Enterprises Ltd. on behalf of the Developer, Farsight Developments Wasaga Inc., will be undertaking construction activities for the above noted project near your property. Construction activities will initially involve installation of sedimentation/erosion control measures, topsoil works, and removals. These activities will be followed by civil servicing and reconstruction within the east Wasaga Beach Arena parking lot. Earthworks operations will also be occurring within the developer lands.
The entrance to the east parking lot for the Wasaga Beach Arena will be closed until October 31st, 2025; however, access to the arena will be maintained from Theme Park Drive. Should there be service interruptions to your home, you will receive an additional notice with details. When road or lane closures are required, you will be notified in advance by road signs posted in the vicinity of the closure. You will see construction equipment, dump trucks, and site crews operating. All
construction activities will be carried out in accordance with the Town of Wasaga Beach Noise Control Bylaw 2024-45. We apologize for any inconvenience the temporary construction activity or service interruptions may cause you.
