Sunnidale Road South – INTERSECTION PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS
CONTRACT NO. PW2025-18

NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION 

Please be advised that construction of the new pedestrian (push-button activated) signals at Sunnidale Road South and Wasaga Sands Drive is scheduled to begin at the end of August 2025.    D Rock Paving has been awarded the contract to undertake the work on behalf of the Town of Wasaga Beach.

Please be advised that construction works will take place within the municipal road allowance and may include but not be limited to:

• Curb and asphalt works, minor grading works and erosion and sediment controls;
• installation of pedestrian signals;
• signage and boulevard restoration. 

As you may expect, there will be some disruption to traffic during construction; however, every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum.
