Work Completed This Week Construction Update
- Installation of hoarding fence continued along Beach Drive from Spruce Street to 2nd Street
- Removals of existing infrastructure continued on Main Street and Beach Drive
- Removals began on Spruce Street at Main Street
- Infrastructure Investigation throughout project limits
- Installation of wayfinding signs to help the public identify where they are, beach access points, and businesses open for business.

Work Completed This Week Construction Update
- Installed traffic control measures and signs. Beach Drive is now closed between Spruce Street and 2nd Street.
- Pedestrian fencing has been installed along Main Street, Beach Drive, and 1st Street. Sidewalks remain open for businesses and beach access.
- Began installing hoarding fence along Beach Drive.
- Started to remove existing infrastructure on Main Street and Beach Drive.

Welcome to our first update on Beach Drive construction.
Construction Update
- This week, crews are organizing and moving equipment and materials around, getting ready to put shovels in the ground.
- We’re getting ready to install traffic control and other signage.
- We’re going to be closing Beach Drive between Spruce St. and 2nd Street N.
- We will begin to install hoarding fencing along Beach Drive, and pedestrian fencing of the work area will begin.
