Your Schedule, Your Way

Drop-in programs offer a flexible and convenient way to stay active without a long-term commitment. Enjoy activities like basketball, line dancing, and skating at your own pace.

Single-visit rates and multi-visit passes are available to suit different needs.

Drop-in Skating & Hockey

Lace up your skates and enjoy one of our eight skating programs for all ages and skill levels including public skating, shinny, and adult skate.  Check the program calendar for schedules and guidelines. Some programs may require helmets or specific equipment.

Enjoy a pickup game of adult hockey. Open to all adult players of various ages and skill levels. Goalies encouraged. Teams will vary week to week. No contact hockey, full equipment including a CSA approved helmet required.

 

Come out and play shinny during the day. Players mix and rotate throughout the game, no formal teams or goalies. Non-contact hockey. CSA approved helmet and hockey gloves required.

Come out and enjoy the music, friendship and exercise. Skilled, novice and beginner skaters welcome. Helmets are strongly recommended for all participants. No training, sticks and/or pucks allowed.

Skating opportunity where participants of all ages can enjoy a leisurely skate around the ice surface. Ice Marshals are on the ice to monitor the program and provide assistance as required. Helmets are strongly recommended for all participants. No training, sticks and/or pucks allowed.

A fun and energetic skate session for youth to enjoy music, skate, and socialize.

Parents, grandparents, and guardians can create lasting memories skating with their children during our family-friendly skate time. Beginner skaters are welcome to practice in a relaxed setting. Helmets are strongly recommended, and no training, sticks, or pucks are allowed.

This skate time is for experienced skaters, with Skate Canada Starskate level or higher, for individuals to practice jumps, spins and the fundamentals of figure skating. Skate Canada rules apply.

A fun and relaxed environment for families to enjoy ice time together while developing hockey skills. This non-competitive session is perfect for parents and children to practice skating, passing, and shooting at their own pace.

Indoor Basketball

Drop in for a game at one of our basketball sessions for Family Basketball, Youth Basketball or Adult (16+) Pick-Up. A coach is available on-site to provide tips and help organize games. Indoor shoes are required. Check the program calendar for schedules and guidelines.

Unstructured sessions allow parents and children to practice skills and engage in friendly play. All skill levels are welcome.  Basketballs are provided. Please note that children under 10 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

 

An on-site basketball coach will help youth participate in pick-up games and skill building in this unstructured program.  Meet other youth basketball players, practice skills and play ball.

For players 16 + of all skill levels. Focus on sportsmanship and fun. On-site coach helps organize teams and keeps the game going. 

Line Dancing

Join our experienced instructors to learn some of the most popular line dances. This program is designed for adults 18+ and welcomes all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Check the program calendar for dates, times, and fees.
