Medical Clinic

Do you have physical or mental health concerns but do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner to help you address them? The nurse practitioners* at this clinic are ready to help you. 

Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Appointments booked at this clinic are for patients who live in Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Clearview Township who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner. If you are seeking services outside of these areas, please visit Health811 or call 811. 

If you have a family doctor or nurse practitioner somewhere else in Ontario, please continue to see your doctor for concerns that require follow up or go to the Wasaga Beach After Hours Clinic (details below), if your concern requires minimal follow up.

 *Nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have additional education and nursing experience which allows them to diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and perform medical procedures.

This is a walk-in clinic only, operated by Nurse Practitioners which is open to all residents in the South Georgian Bay area. Please note: You cannot book an appointment, walk-ins only.

Hours of Operation

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings
• 4:30-8:30 PM (registration starts at 4:30)
• Closed all Statutory Holidays
• Registration closes once the maximum number of patients is reached.

Residents of South Georgian Bay (Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Clearview, and Blue Mountains) who do not have a local family doctor or nurse practitioner can book single-session mental health counselling appointments at the Wasaga Beach Medical Clinic.

These counselling appointments are free of cost and are being offered by CFS Counselling + Wellbeing as part of their #ready2talk? counselling clinics.  Appointments are available every Monday from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, starting March 18, 2024.

Open to all residents in the South Georgian Bay area. Referrals can be made by your primary care provider or you can make a self-referral by calling the Georgian Bay Family Health Team office.
