Grants & Rebates

The Municipal Grants and Sponsorships Program is available to support not-for-profit organizations that are either based in the municipality or can demonstrate a benefit to the well-being of the Wasaga Beach community. The Town recognizes the valuable contributions made through the volunteer efforts of community organizations and agencies on behalf of its residents.

Grant application forms are available online or from the Treasurer’s Office at Town Hall, located at 30 Lewis Street.

Each application will be reviewed in accordance with the Grant Policy. Grants are considered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of funds within the total program budget.

If your organization received a grant or sponsorship through the 2024 Municipal Grants and Sponsorships Program, a final report must be submitted to the Town of Wasaga Beach by December 31, 2024, to be eligible for 2025 funding.

Please send completed applications and all attachments to the Finance Manager, or drop them off at the Treasury counter, attention: Finance Manager.

If you are a recognized charitable organization, you may qualify for the Charitable Organization Property Tax Rebate. Review the application form here and submit as noted on the form.

If you belong to a community group or organization you can rent Town facilities at a reduced rate. View our facility rentals for more information. 

The Facade Improvement Program is a FREE municipal Grant Program Package that assists property owners looking to revitalize and/or restore the frontage of their buildings in town. Projects can include side and rear facing facades that have high public visibility. 

The program will provide a grant up to 50% of the eligible costs up to $2,000 per project.

You can apply for a loan for a water and sanitary sewer connection through the Town of Wasaga Beach.
