Chief Administrative Officer
Andrew McNeill serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Wasaga Beach, bringing more than 26 years of experience in municipal leadership and community-building. His career integrates land use planning, urban design, economic development, and transportation planning to create vibrant places to live, work, learn and play. Andrew previously held senior roles in Brampton, Mississauga, Wasaga Beach, and the private sector, and now leads the Town’s transformational initiatives.

Gerry Marshall brings extensive municipal leadership experience, including two terms as Mayor of Penetanguishene and service as Warden of Simcoe County. Having held senior roles in telecommunications, he has led major regional initiatives with large teams. Gerry applies strong financial insight and strategic vision to building better communities.

Jocelyn Lee is the Town’s Treasurer, bringing over 18 years of public sector financial management experience and strong expertise in budgeting, legislation, and municipal accounting. A Certified Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, she leads the Town’s budget process and long-term financial planning. She is committed to ensuring fiscal sustainability and transparency.

Kevin brings extensive project management expertise, having overseen countless road reconstructions, municipal servicing, and drainage and stormwater initiatives that support growth, safety, and long-term sustainability across the community.

Nicole is passionate about public service, and is committed to advancing accountability, transparency, and sound decision-making in local government. Her leadership reflects a strong dedication to serving council, staff, and the community with professionalism and integrity.
