Property Standards Committee

Supporting Safe and Compliant Properties

The Property Standards Committee is a Statutory Committee to hear appeals to orders issued pursuant to the Property Standards By-Law. The Committee has the authority to confirm, modify, rescind a Declaration or Order, extend the time for complying with a Declaration or Order under a by-law, or dispose of an appeal via a Consent Order.
