Speaking Before Council

Individuals wishing to share information or make a request to Council must submit written notice to the Clerk by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the meeting. Please include the topic and purpose of your deputation in the request.

The Clerk may direct deputation requests to the appropriate Council Committee when necessary.
