To propose a special event, start by completing the Town’s Special Event Application. Providing complete and accurate information helps the Town review your request efficiently and ensures all necessary approvals and support can be considered.

If your proposed event is longer than one day, you need to submit the event application at least 190 days before the event. If the event is one day or less, you need to submit the event application at least 60 days before the event.
