The purpose of ‘Builder’s Bulletin’ is an attempt to inform general contractors, builders and homeowners of significant changes and amendments to the Ontario Building Code. Under the Building Code Act all building code practitioners, including designers and builders are responsible to make themselves familiar with regulatory changes.
