Request for Qualifications

The Town of Wasaga Beach is soliciting qualified developers to finance, design, construct, market, own, operate and maintain a unique resort development.  The 8 acre + parcel of land, commonly known as Beach Area Two, is located just west of the Main Beach Area.  It is the only development site of its kind in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  Click Here For An Information Kit.
